Human Resources Manager

Job Duties:
• Incumbent will take in a leadership role in instituting HR strategies \ policies.
• Building of HR systems, assessment and compensation, skills development and training, recruitment of senior management, regional HR management.
• Employee Relations experience.
• Implementation of HR initiatives.
• Provision of advice and guidance to departmental managers, employees in all aspects of Company and HR policy and procedures.
• Mitigates any employee relations issues.
• Develops and agrees HR project plan.
 
Requirements:
• Experienced HR generalist having worked in an advisory / regional role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence key decision makers. Strong in Excel and Project Mamangement.
• Experience of project or programme management, and of developing project plans using appropriate methodologies, with an ability to prioritise and make decisions.
• Demonstrate experience at a similar level within a HR function.
• Candidates who worked in a logistics setttings an added advantage.
• Positive advocate for the successful handling of HR related issues.
• Strong influencer and skilled in successfully communicating with people at all levels.
