Customer Service Executive/Assistant Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.    To lead the customer services team for Contract Logistics and Transportation. 

2.    To supervise day-to-day services issues arising with operations.

3.    Respond to and troubleshoot service failures and customers’ complaints in a timely manner. 

4.    Investigate serious failures and produce incident reports for HOD’s approval before submitting to customers as required. 

3.    To create effective customer service procedures, policies and standards with goals to have a fulfilling customers’ experience. Ensure that the team meets these goals on a consistent basis.

4.    To support inside sales function to attain monthly sales budget.

5.    To maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions. Reports to HOD on service statistics of productivity and detailed reports of findings on every Mondays.

6.    To ensure accurate and timely billings on weekly and monthly basis depending on service agreements, and ensure invoicing is closed by the 3rd/4th day of the following month. 

7.    To secure the office facility and up-keeping of the workstations and surroundings. 

8.    Part of group compliance committee maintaining company certifications and quality assurance.

9.    To carry out any other duties as may be expected in a post of this level.

REQUIREMENTS

1.    Strong interpersonal skills and leadership.

2.    Meticulous and detailed.

3.    Good time management and good problem solving skills.

4.    Experience in logistics/transportation advantageous but not mandatory.

5.    Competency in Microsoft office applications.
