Cargo Sales Manager

• Create and execute the sales plan, achieve highest revenue result for the airline and attain revenue targets. 
• Establish local competitive market pricing policy and monitor results for follow up actions.
• Set guidelines to inside sales staff with respect to ad hoc solicitation.
• Responsible to load all rates into the airline cargo system to ensure accurate billing.
• Liaise with operations to fulfill customer requirements. 
• Compile weekly statistics for reporting and cargo briefings.
• Solicit cargo through outdoor sales activities, marketing communication and phone solicitation.
• Promotion of services via sales actions or promotional events.
• Work with the operations team to maximise load factors.
• To nurture and service a customer base within the assigned area of responsibility and develop long term partnerships. 
• Support and coordinate inside sales activities to offer top quality service and reliability to customers.
• Provide market intelligence to management on market trends and opportunities so as to proactively target specific cargo with the most appropriate rates and respond to market conditions.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of air cargo sales experience.
• Self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ mindset.
• Good communicator and interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active, strong business acumen and result-oriented.
• Strong team player.
