RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the sales team in daily shipment demands
• Handling of customer calls and queries.
• Problem solving
• Engagement with various internal and external stakeholders on shipment matters
• Shipping documentations
• Shipment coordination, order tracking, and pickup/delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum ‘O’ Level and above qualifications.
• Experience in shipping / international freight forwarding advantageous
• Experience in shipping documentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency.
