Description: Head of Sales \ Country GM
Our customer in the freight forwarding segment with strong global network and partnership is looking to fill the following vacancy :-
Responsibilities :-
• Develop, implement and monitor progress of the sales / commercial action plans to achieve sales and profit maximisation
• Manage clients unique needs assessment, client processing mapping, and develop quantifiable and value add program recommendations.
• Achieve set revenue target for the Singapore team and acquisition of account
• Led team to maximise participation of new / existing accounts (various market verticals) and developing long term win-win strategic relationship.
• Sharing of client’s requirements and competitors intelligence to concerned product and geographical location leaders.
• Response to RFQ/ Tenders and take a key lead in coordinating with customer service and operation department to develop customised solutions and tender package.
• Advocate on best practice in sales and strategic account management.
• Periodic joint sales call as a total logistics team (Customer Service, Operations and Commercial) to map long term relationships with key and target accounts.
• Lead and manage the organisation to achieve business objectives
• Manage good relationship with carriers and overseas agent to augment profitability and maximise service delivery.

Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree holder with minimum 5-8 years general management or Head of Sales experience in the  freight forwarding (esp Airfreight ) / logistics industry.
• Candidates with experience leading a team of field sales and customer service \ Ops team preferred
• Someone who is adept at building strategic customer relationship over the region.
