CRM Business Manager / Analyst

Responsibilities :-
• Lead and harness the company’s CRM applications for process optimisation/ digitalisation.
• Work in tandem with various stations on CRM applications (eg Salesforce) in tandem with Global Sales Strategy.
• Optimise sales and operational  process through digitalisation.
• Facilitate close lines of communications with various stations on adoption of new sales system tools and initiatives.
• Act as a conduit to ensure various sales offices on usage of CRM system.
• Management Reporting – eg Board Reports, Monthly management reporting.
• Conduct system process training to end users.
• Work with end users to develop applications requirements. (UAT etc)
• Good degree in any discipline.
• Strong project management and analytical experience.
• Exposure in CRM / Salesforce / AGILE methodology an added advantage.
• Dynamic, self motivating with a positive ‘can do’ mindset. A confident personality with successful track record in initiating and managing projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in collaborating in a matrix organisation towards shared goals.
