Airfreight Customer Service Executive

Jobs Description

• Process air bookings.
• Laison with shippers on airfreight arrangemnets - Arrange collection from shippers / Liase with consignees for cargo release.
• Execute shipments in coordination with all concerned parties.
• Sourcing for rates.
• Billing and see through to files closure.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Air Export / Import Customer Service / Operations.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Problem Solver.
• Familiar with air ratings.
• Able to work under tight timelines to meet customer’s requirement.
