Job Responsibilities

# Air Freight Export Customer Service Executive

• Process air bookings.

• Laison with shippers on airfreight arrangements - Arrange collection from shippers / Liase with consignees for cargo release.

• Execute shipments in coordination with all concerned parties.

• Sourcing for rates.

• Billing and see through to files closure.

# Air Freight Export Operations Executives

- Vetting of AWB

- Export Permit declarations

- Ensure launching of cargo on time

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Air Export / Import Customer Service and / or Operations.

• Good communicator and team player.

• Problem Solver.

• Familiar with either operations and air ratings/ bookings/CS functions.

• Able to work under tight timelines to meet customer’s requirement.
