Air Pricing Executive

Responsibilities :-
• Review and analyse cargo carriers rates.
• Solicit feedback from sales on rate competitiveness.
• In collaboration with sales team, work with carriers to keep rates fresh, accurate, timely and competitive.
• Rates analysis viz a viz quotes won vs lost.
• Maintain rates database.
• Provide support for sales on air pricing.
• Prepare detailed reports – weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Prepare tariffs for respective trade lanes.
• Mange airfreights projects and products.
• Rates support to sales team/regional offices on tender matters and freight negotiations through cost analysis programs/tools.
• Work with respective sales team to gather data for reports, market intelligience, products and projects.

Requirements
• Bachelors Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years of Logistics, Operations or airline background.
• Advanced MS Excel skills. (Pivot table etc)
• Ability to think strategically.
• Prior experience in financial reporting and revenue management
• Numerical and an eye for detail.
• Strong negotiator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivating with a positive ‘can do’ mindset.
• Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
• Pro-active, strong business acumen and result-oriented.
