Customer Service Officer / Executive / Asst Manager ( Seafreight)

Responsibilities :-
• Manage certain accounts shipments
• Involvement with Post Sales activities and RFQs/ rates quotations
• Handling import & export operational, billing and customer service issues.
• Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas offices
• Resolve any escalation of shipping issues with clients.
• Address any operational or documentation issues
Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-4 years in freight forwarding/logistics – customer service / operations
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and procedures
• Strong network with vendors an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills
