Senior Customer Service Executive - Project Logistics

Responsibilities :-
• Administer shipments (imports / exports and cross trades) of designated key accounts.
• Involvement with  RFQs/ rates quotations.
• Ensure clients shipments in good order – schedules / documentations.
• Adminster full spectrum of shipping processes and daily operations.
• Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas offices.
• Resolve any escalation of shipping issues with clients.
• Address any operational or documentation issues encountered.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Prior experience in freight forwarding/logistics especially in the Oil and Gas / EPC segments.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and procedures.
• Strong network with vendors an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
