• Manage certain key accounts.
• Involvement with Post Sales activities and RFQs/ rates quotations
• Handling import & export operational, billing and customer service issues.
•  Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas offices
• Resolve any shipping issues with clients.
• Operational or documentation issues coordination,

Skills/Qualifications:
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and procedures
• Strong communication skills
