Assistant Corporate Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
• Orchestrating  Mergers and Acquisition activities (Research, biz transfers )
• Involved in Post Mergers Integration  works
• Understanding pertinent regulatory framework in respective countries within the region
• Establishing new JV/ subsidiaries/branch office
• Ensuring smooth incorporation for newly setup entity
• Stakeholders engagement with concerned potential partners/ government agencies

Requirements:
• Relevent Expereince in the trucking and contract logistics segment
• Prior working knowledge of PMI  and Corporate Business planning
• Commercially astute
• Strong in key stakeholders engagement and negotiation.
