Account Development Manager - Oil and Gas / Project Logistics / Marine

• Proactively managed commercial activity
• Developing  new business, maximising revenue stream from new opportunities. 
• Account Management - ementing long term relationship with existing and new clients namely the Oil and Gas / EPC /  project cargoes / heavy lift segment.
• Generate leads to improve revenue from both new and existing clients
• Orchestrating and following up on commercial activities
• Work effectively with the other stakeholders to develop proposals to develop new business to tap on existing opportunities
• Promoting and selling additional products and services - delivering tangible leads and opportunities for all divisions of the company

• Incumbent preferably someone with Commercial or Account Managemnet / Sales background in the broader maritime / Oil and Gas / Project logistics / Freight Forwarding / heavy lift / breakbulk or shipping ndustry
• Experience in managing shipping related services and forging strong client relationships
• Strong  knowledge and the ability to map out sustainable business / working relationships with both clients and country dedicated commercial team members.
• Ability to understand and service a wide spectrum of customer needs in the maritime/project logistics sector
• Result Oriented and an inclination for continuous improvement.
• Strong A/c Managemnet , Sales and CRM skills with ability to market a wide range of services & products appropriately
• Team player with strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with a range of business units and internal managers
