CRM Business Analyst

Responsibilities :-
• Harness the company’s CRM applications for process optimisation.
• Work in tandem with various stations on CRM applications (eg Salesforce) in tandem with various  Global  organisation Strategy.
• Optimise sales and operational  process through digitalisation
• Facilitate close lines of communications with various stations on adoption of new sales system tools and initiatives.
• Act as a conduit to ensure various sales offices on usage of CRM system
• Conduct system process training to end users.
• Work with end users to develop applications requirements. (Scoping, User Acceptance Teste, Implementations etc)

Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree holder.
• Strong project management and analytical experience.
• Exposures in CRM / salesforce / AGILE methodology an added advantage
• Dynamic, self motivating with a positive ‘can do’ mindset. A confident personality with successful track record in initiating and managing projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in collaborating in a matrix organisation towards shared goals
