Job Description
- Understand the role of the customers that you are handling
- Submit customer reports on a timely basis
- Co-ordinate and monitor all movement with warehouse team
- Close contact and communication with customers
- Give suggestion to improve upon the feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up closely on customer feedback or issue; provide suggestion and solution to the issue/s.

Qualification
- Minimum ‘O’ level
- Logistics experience an advantage
- Work location: Jurong East or Changi Airfreight Centre
